How to Resolve Timecard Disputes

Navigate to the “Timecards”. You can click on the down arrow to the left of the background actor’s name and scroll down to see their reason for the dispute.

Or, you can scroll all the way to the right to view the timecard history.

Make any necessary revisions and re-send the timecard. If the background actor does not require a revised timecard, re-send the current timecard and e-mail them to tell them why.
