How to Setup An Account For Your Child

If you are not yourself on Castifi, simply create an account for your child using your personal email and phone number.

If you already have a Castifi account and would like to also have your child on Castifi, we recommend creating a separate account.

For this, you will need:

1 - A separate email account
2- A separate phone number

1 - A separate email account

If you need a new email, creating a new account is straightforward:

Head over to https://gmail.com , https://outlook.live.com or your provider of choice to create a new account.

Forwarding this new email's correspondence to your main inbox is simple:

2- A separate phone number

If you only have access to one phone number, you can use Google Voice to create a virtual line that will forward all calls to your main cellphone line.

Once you receive a notification from Castifi,  find who the email was addressed to. Then, log in to the matching account in order to respond to the availability or booking request.

In the example above, the email sent from Castifi was meant for the "alternative email address" and it was received in the main inbox because of the forwarding rules.

Simply log in to the "alternative email address" account to respond to the availability request.
