How To Track Times

Times on set can be inputted 2 by the following:

  • the user
  • the producer

Times are broken down as follows:

  • Check-in
  • First Meal
  • 2nd Meal
  • Check-out

User submitted times

In order to view times submitted by a user, you must first “process them”.

Select the user on the "On Set" tab

Click the overflow menu icon in the top right corner.

From the menu options, select “Other ► Process”

Reload the page by clicking and holding on a role header, then drag down until an arrow appears and flips upside down below the search bar.

Total hours worked by the user will appear on the right side of the page, in line with the user’s name.

You can view the times submitted on the user’s job details page by clicking on the user’s name.

Entering times

Times must be entered chronologically: Check in > Meals > Check out.

If there were no meals: Check in > Check out

To submit times for one or multiple users:

  1. Select the users
  2. Click the icon in the bottom right corner
  3. Click the Check in icon 
  4. Select the timeNote: if using Custom time, make sure that the date is correct!
  5. Click the Meals icon 
  6. Select the date and time, then the duration of the meal. NDB and Grace toggles can be used if applicable
  7. Select the Check out icon 
  8. Select the time

Note: The same actions can be performed using the overflow menu  in the top right corner.

Revising times

Once a user has been clocked in and out, their times can be revised from the user job details’ page.

Click on the user’s name, then scroll down to the Timecard panel.

Simply select a time in the revised column and edit at will.

The time elapsed between clock-in and meal 1 start, or between meal 1 end and clock-out is called a “check-in”.

To delete a check-in, scroll down to the “Checkins” section, then click the "Delete" button.

Note: you can not add a check-in from the user job’s details page. This must be done from the  "On Set" tab.
