Why have I not received a timecard for the time I've worked?
If you’ve worked on a production and didn’t receive a timecard within 48 hours, that is a major issue. More often than not, the email address Castifi has on file could be a different email address from the one that you used during sign-up.
Contact the Casting Director that hired you and confirm that the email address is correct. If it needs to be corrected, they will need to reach to Castifi to update your email address so that you can receive and approve your timecard?
